East Coast Buildings' specialty barns will be the perfect solution for all kinds of storage needs. You can also use it as an office space, guesthouse, tiny house getaway, pool house, hobby sheds, and so much more.
Our packages include:
- Side Porch Package: Includes one 9-lite house style door, one set of double barn doors, two 2X3 windows, and a 6' porch with railing. The building must include a porch to get the package price.
- Deluxe Playhouse Package: Includes one 9-lite house-style door, five 2X3 windows, and a corner porch with 3 sections of railing. The total length of the building includes the porch. The building must include a porch to get the package price. The package does not include double barn doors.
- Dormer Package: Includes 72" walls and a 10" X 72" transom window in the dormer. Includes double barn doors. Roof pitch is 7/12 on buildings that are 8' and 10' wide.
- Playhouse Package: Includes one 9-lite house-style door, three 2X3 windows, and 4' porch (no railing). The building must include a porch to get the package price. The package does not include double barn doors.

East Coast Buildings offers two types of garage door options. However, to qualify for our package price, your building must include a garage door and a house-style door.
Cottage Garage: When you add the Garage Package to a Cottage-style shed, the garage doors may be placed on the end or side of the building. 8' walls are required for garage doors to be installed on the side of the building.
High Barn Garage: Garage doors may only be placed on the end of a High Barn shed.

- One 2X3 window
- One house style door, 9-lite optional
- 5 skids for increased floor strength
- Floor studs placed 12" on center
- Garage door: roll-up or overhead
- Painted or treated exterior
Roll-Up Garage Package
Package includes a 9' wide X 7' tall overhead garage door, and can be applied to a Cottage or High Barn style shed. The package includes one 2X3 window and a house-style door ( 9-lite upgrade optional). The building must be a minimum of 12' wide to qualify for the package.
Overhead Garage Package
Package includes a 9' wide X 7' tall overhead garage door, and can be applied to a Cottage or High Barn style shed. The package includes one 2X3 window and a house-style door ( 9-lite upgrade optional). The building must be a minimum of 12' wide to qualify for the package.
