Cottage Style Run-In

East Coast Buildings provides quality classic/simple design cottage style run-in that features an opening measuring 7'9". Clean roof lines with no gable overhang.


Key features include:

  • 12' wide run-ins do not include a roof overhang due to DOT regulations
  • Available painted or stained 
  • Choice of metal or shingle roofing
  • 2'X12'X4' kickboard included
  • 10' wide run-ins include a roof overhang

Quaker Style Run-In

Features a 7'9" opening and a substantial roof overhang on the front. There is no gable end overhang.

Key features:

  • Width of Quaker style run-in is measured across the eaves. Run-in box is 2' narrower in width.
  • Available painted or stained
  • Choice of metal or shingle roofing
  • 2'X12'X4' kickboard included
